Service Description

This class is designed for anyone who feels overwhelmed by the many recipes and confusing diet-trends there are for cooking to follow a healthy, balanced lifestyle. High protein meals and recipes lower in refined carbohydrates are key to balanced blood sugar and regulated appetite, and we will be showing you how to make some delicious recipes that fit this criteria. You may bring a friend, spouse or family member for the cost of one ticket, but please let us know in the comments if you will be bringing someone.
