This class is designed for anyone who feels overwhelmed by the many recipes and confusing diet-trends there are for cooking to follow a healthy, balanced lifestyle. If you are new to cooking or cannot grasp how to make simple meals and are frustrated by a lack of meal planning, consider this class to help jumpstart you to success! High protein meals and recipes lower in refined carbohydrates are the key to balanced blood sugar and regulated appetite, and we will be showing you how to make some delicious recipes that fit this criteria. You may bring a friend, spouse or family member for the cost of one ticket, but please let us know in the comments if you will be bringing someone. You will get to taste some food items and take home some of what you made. Instructions on what to bring will be sent via email 1 week prior to the event.
