Practicing a healthy lifestyle

“I care about health at every stage of life!

I am passionate about helping people feel like their best selves through the food they eat and the choices they make, no matter what age. whether it be mentally, physically, or spiritually. I believe that good nutrition and healthy habits start before we are even born. That is why I specialize in maternal and pediatric nutrition. I love helping people through all the seasons of life and can work with any age and any type of disease. I believe God gave us all the tools we need to be healthy, but society and diet culture has made it difficult and confusing to see!”

My Story

I've had plenty of times in my life when I wasn't "well." I believe God has pushed me through these periods of my life in order to help me grow in my own wellness. I am no where near perfect, but I feel blessed to have the ability to share, empower and inspire wellness in other people. If that is what you are looking for, I am here to help you.

I graduated with a Food and Nutrition degree from Youngstown State University and have been working as a dietitian for over 11 years. I have had the ability to help people in the rehab, hospital and outpatient settings. This experience helped me realize that my passion is for preventative wellness.  I believe that our overall health is rooted in our gut. The state of our gut microbiome causes our body to either thrive, or suffer. There are so many things that are out of our control, but what we can control is what we put into our body. This is why I am here- to help share this with those who don't understand it. Each of our bodies are different, and we all need different things in order to find balance and health.
